Online video sharing is the answer for all the above.Today there are numerous website which allow you to store your videos around the world with out pinching a single penny from your pocket.
The Most Populous among them is Youtube.com Once if you vist youtube u can see how many vidoes are posted already.

To upload a video on to youtube the basic things that are required are

1. A Personal Computer with Some Video Editing Software (Even Windows Movie Maker can also fit into the Picture).

2. A Broadband Internet Connection.

3. A digital Video Camera

If you are trying to shoot out with a good resolution camera it can occupy 35-50 MB/Minute. Youtube implements a limit of 100Mb on size of the video to be Uploaded.

If you are Uploading 10-20 min move then u need to reduce the Quality of the Movie and display size of the Movie(Resolution). This can be achieved by any Professional Video editing Software. Once if the video is compressed and necessary changes has been made with any video editing software, it can be uploaded.

You can upload a movie on to youtube only if You are registered. For registration U need to provide some personal Information like e-mail Address, country and gender.The e-mail address is needed for confirmatin e-mail which contains a link you must follow to activate your account.This is a measure used by many online Provider to prevent automated spamming systems from creating many user acccounts.

You can upload videos by clicking on upload videos link which is visible on the top right hand side. If you have signed in to your account You will be Prompted to.

Upload Process is a two step process.

In the first step video must be give a titile, description and tags. Tags are used to make your video searchble from million of videos already existing.And click on the Go Upload a file button below. On the next Page, click on the browse button to locate the clip on your computer. You will be asked to choose the Broadcast Options. By default videos are made public so anyone can see them to restrict access select the Private Button. Selecting family or Friends options will automatically notify people in those lists that video has been uploaded. You can create Friends and family lists in the My access page.

Once the video is uploaded , youtube displays it with a thumbnail showing the title,description and url.
